About me

 

I've been carrying out on-site computer work for home and business users for 10 years now, but I've been a bit of a computer nut for much longer still.

 

I became Microsoft Certifed in 2003.

 

Whenever I work, I always explain clearly what work I am carrying out and why. I will provide a full appraisal of any faults along with an explanation of how I intend to resolve them, along with helpful tips, free software plus general advice as is required to help avoid troubles in the future.

 

As many of my current clients will tell you, I always go way beyond what is required.. For instance, I provide free antivirus/antispyware, and automatic backup software if required, and will offer any advice or guidance on any computer matters.

 

Above all, I promise to be polite and respectful whilst in your home or place of work.
